Incorrigible Neighbors

Some guys are inexplicable . They just don’t stop irritating others by creating some or the other nuisance. A month back, roads at our street and the neighboring once were repaired. Ours were cemented as it was a dead end one. Now, one of our neighbor just realised that the water to his house doesn’t flow properly. So, he got some plumbers and digged out all the cemented road and made a mess out there. Finally, he got it re-cemented back, but the very next week, i see him digging out the spead breaker on the road saying that water on the road doesn’t flow properly. But the real fact was his son was not able to get his car inside their compound because of that speed breaker.

Another weird thing that happened was with the garbage. I can’t imagine educated people being so irresponsible. The moment they get a chance, they throw whatever garbage they have onto their neighbor’s compound or put it in front of their neighbors gate.
